Not new product
We ordered a six-pack of the white baskets. Of the six, one had handles which were broken and had been taped back on, with obvious scratches and cracks. Two more were worn and dirty on the bottom and sides. The other three MIGHT have been new, but I have no way of knowing.

Poor design
Purchased product less than 6 months ago because of its great size. Gray handles broke off and the plastic on the basket has cracked.

Better plastic than previously
I have now owned 3 "generations" of this same laundry basket. The ones that were made around 10 years ago were the best and strongest. The ones that were available about 4 years ago were made of absolutely horrible plastic and broke quickly, and I almost didn't buy these because of it. But, remarkably, these are much better, and in fact are close to the level of quality of the old ones. I recommend this generation.

Absolutely LOVED Aqua with white handles. HATE the use of grey on the new version. PLEASE make the light aqua with WHITE handles. Trust me, it will be a big seller. New version it too ugly to buy. :-(

This basket is a peice of junk. I would give no stars if I could. 1 of the handles broke the first time I used it,within a month 3 out of the 4 have broke. Very cheaply made,poor quality. Don't waste your hard earned money.

Handles break
I love the design of this hamper, except that the handles break off. I have had it less than a year, and already 2 of the 4 handles have broken off. I hope Sterilite can figure out a way to redesign this hamper to prevent this issue.

I'm your biggest customer - but....
The design needs to be improved so the handles don't so easily fall out and then the plastic breaks. We have to proactively apply duct tape to new baskets and repair old ones.

The perfect hamper!

Great until the handle breaks
Well, I absolutely loved this laundry basket while it lasted. I loved how heavy duty it was , love the color. Handle broke though and now it’s not all that heavy duty.

Garbage handles break off within a few weeks
Bought 5 of these. Every single handle has broken off within 2 months leaving sharp jagged plastic were the handles should be. We are using them for laundry and nothing else...
