Received the wrong item, and the return process was inconvenient.
So I was super excited to receive this necklace, but was very disappointed when I received a completely different cross necklace! I received a stainless steel cross with a plain cross that doesn't even have Jesus on it. The necklace I received isn't even gold-plated like the one I ordered. I am forced to find a computer to print either a UPS or FedEx shipping label in, and then spending my time and gas money to go drop this off at one of those stores. Not only is the return tedious, but they are holding my refund of nearly $50 until it's scanned back in the company's warehouse.
