It has a 11x faster response and 10x quicker actuation which is amazing.I get to adjust keystrokes to how I desire and it’s so cool and colorful. Makes gaming so much fun er and faster to beat my opponents. If you’re looking for an easy to use and fast keyboard this is the one to get and out perform every one. My boys love it as well and go crazy over it, it works so well.

This is my first time using a mechanical keyboard since before membrane keyboards A mechanical keyboard uses spring-loaded mechanical switches that offer an unmatched tactile feedback when typing. With the ability to program keys, remove keycaps, backlight options, Apex Pro Mini Wireless offers improved typing and high reliability - Thou, the keyboard is now available in wired or wireless options, I prefer the wireless one, which is worth the small extra charge. I tested the Apex Pro Mini wired and wireless keyboards for about 20 hours, and I found that while the small, compact design may not be suited for everyone. Regardless, the smooth typing and lighting make this keyboard a great addition to anyone desiring to improve their gaming and coding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Key switches: Steelseries' omnipoint 2.0 switches work exactly as advertised. I like how you are able to control the actuation point through both the function key as well as the software. In the software you are also able to choose which switches you want to change the actuation point of. Since these switches are basically linears with customizable actuation points, they are very comfortable to type on. The only complaint about the switches is that because they are like linears, sometimes you might hit a key without realizing; however, this is not necessarily the switch's fault. This is just something to keep in mind before you purchase. RGB: The RGB is very vibrant as seen the the photos of the product. They are very customizable in the software like the switches. There are many preset patterns to choose from and if you don't like those, you can make a custom one. Keycaps: The keycaps are pretty standard, nothing too special. They have a nice build quality and print quality, and they are what you would expect from a keyboard at this price point. Also, the LEDs are able to shine through perfectly with no issues. Gaming: My son played Rocket League and Valorant on this keyboard. He said that since Rocket League is a very keyboard heavy game (he plays this game on keyboard and mouse rather than controller) changing the actuation point changes the feel of the game. It makes it feel much quicker and the inputs more sensitive. Extra comments: The function key is one of my favorite features as it can do a lot without you needing to open the software. As previously stated, you can adjust the actuation point of the switches by holding the function key and pressing the labeled buttons. When you use the function key, the RGB changes to show you which buttons have special function linked to them and the number keys show you what actuation point your switches are at. All of the function key functions are labeled on the side of the keycaps sleekly. The sound of the keyboard is also fairly enjoyable but I have only used blue switches in the past so any keyboard without clicky switchers sounds amazing to me. The acoustics aren't perfect to keyboard enthusiasts because there is some rattle in the stabilizers. But, to my ears, it doesn't sound very hollow and doesn't have any major issues like pinging. Conclusion: Overall, I love this keyboard! It is very comfortable to type on, the features are plentiful and very useful. The software is fairly robust through my experiences. The only cons I can think of are things you should already be aware of before purchasing. They include the lack of tactile bump, number pad, and arrow keys (however, if you press the function key, WASD acts as arrow keys.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Apex mini pro have a 60% compact design that is great for minimalists and gamers with not much space and the 2 in 1 action keys makes it even better where you can do 2 different tasks just by adjusting your keystroke depth which is adjustable between 0.2mm to 3.8mm. The adjustable omnipoint 2.0 switches even have the most satisfying clicking sound. and of course response time was super quick and was great for a gaming experience. Not bad SteelSeries not bad.

It’s small and compact while still allowing the keys to be big enough to be hit individually, even in sweaty gaming situations ;) I love the typing feel and sounds of mechanical keyboards and this one is no exception. You can adjust the key caps if you want, but I left them as is. All in all, this keyboard is the perfect fit for me!

I feel like it does not hold its charge at all either. Would have been better off just buying the parts and making my own keyboard.

Feels good, not too small which was my concern. I love the lights that come from underneath too. The keys are nice and springy and makes for easy and smooth typing.
