The animal lid knob “pig” can be used as a handle for Staub cocottes with a diameter between 7 and 16 inches. Simply replace the original lid knob with the pig to add a touch of individuality to your cocotte. Just like the cocotte’s original handle, the pig-shaped knob is made of stainless steel. It features a silver color which perfectly complements the colored Staub cocottes.     Own 3 of the animal knobs

    I own the pig, snail and lobster. They are heavy, solid and unique. I wish I had the pineapple but I love mine. No regrets on these purchases although one was free when I purchased my 3.5 quart grenadine colored braiser. Thanks ZWILLING!

    A Must Have Accessory For The Cocotte

    Love it, so glad to have been able to get the pig since I haven't seen it for awhile. The knobs are an absolute must for the cocotte, not just to finish the look, but also to give balance to the lid with a bigger grip when opening and closing the lid. Like a phone cover for your phone.

    Cute but have issue to remove the old knob...

    I got two of these, super cute. I was able to replace one (which is super lovely) but for the second one, I can't remove the original knob, and I am stripping the screw at this point...not sure what to do.

    So cute and unique

    I love all of the cute animal knobs that Staub has, but the pig is by far the cutest! It is also functional because it makes it easy to lift the lid. It makes my Staub pot personalize to me and I love that Staub gives me not only color choice, but knob choice.

    Le cochon est le meilleur!

    The much beloved Cochon is an integral part of French culinary tradition. Where would we be without Pate de Campagne? Elevate this little piggy to sit atop your favorite cocotte. I did. He sits with the Coq on the oval and the Snail on the French oven. Next up, the Fish on the boullibaisse.

    I love that Staub has these whimsical knobs. You can interchange your standard knob with this cute little pig. It's easy to grasp and made from oven safe stainless steel. Dress up any of your cocottes!

    This little piggy went on the pot

    I already have the rooster knob so I was excited to add the pig knob as well. Easily interchangeable. Still safe in the oven. Adds some personality to our Staub pieces.
