Most comfortable spine stretch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a really nice surprise to receive, and is making me realize i need to upgrade my at-home set up! I have been making due since covid with a lower-end at home reformer with minimal accessories. This has been a great addition, ensuring i can safely stretch my neck and spine after class. Its incredibly durable, really comfortable, and so high quality!

High quality barrel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The barrel is very well made. The bottom is made out of solid wood, quite heavy and very sturdy. The top has a decent cushion foam and covered with faux leather. It’s comfortable to exercise without being slippery or sinking in. The curve helps to stretch out your spine after long day on the computer or phone. It comes with a DVD showing the exercises you can do with the barrel. I would recommend to update the DVD to a more newer version. We live in a technology age where we scan QR code and play video on smart TV. The DVD is giving a 1970 vibe and so not motivated people to workout. Hire a fitness influencer and make a new version that worthy of the quality consumer is paying for this! Otherwise it’s a beautiful, well made, high quality barrel and I can use for various pilate workout forms.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this was a lot more lightweight than expected! Very easy to move around. It seems to be well-made! It comes with a DVD that reviews some exercises. As someone with chronic back pain, this has been really comfortable to use so far and I’m excited to integrate it into my exercise routine!

Strengthen your core and spine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stamina AeroPilates wooden padded spine posture corrector stretching barrel is lightweight enough to carry and store but strong enough to use to help open the chest and help strengthen your spine. The handles on the sides are easy and strong enough to hold as you do your strengthening exercises and there is a cloth-type handle to carry and to move to store when not using. Included with the barrel is a DVD with beginner, intermediate and advanced levels that are easy to follow and provide a myriad of exercises to keep your exercises varied and fun. I have noticed as I age that I seem to 'slump' a bit more and am super excited to continue using this barrel and workout tape to strengthen not only my back but my lungs. I have this in my dedicated exercise room to add to my daily exercise routine.

Durability. Get the job done

The package also includes the disk that guide you how to use it too since I did not know how to use it for the very first time! My back pain is also improved a lot. Highly recommend

Comfortable

I like that it is padded and easy to get up and down from it, and I have a video that came with it so I can learn how to use it properly. This is going to be a great tool for my health. Love it❤️

Great for stretches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this to review. This spine corrector is a nice product to have for beginning aerobics, or even for back stretches and therapy. The padding is comfortable, not too firm. It’s more light than I expected it to be, which is nice that it is easy to move around.

Wonder product!
I recently purchased the Aeropilates Spine corrector in hopes it would relive the chronic pain in my left shoulder. After only 1 workout of about 15 minutes, I felt immediate relief and I continue to be pain free. This is a very relaxing exercise routine to end a busy day and I highly recommend the spine corrector. It is very solid and well made, very happy customer!

AeroPilates® Spine Corrector Barrel by Stamina
The name is misleading I have a work related back injury and thought this was a apparatus for the spine when it is actually a core apparatus after it arrived I immediately watched the DVD to see how I was going to correct my spine and the secret is abdominal training core strengthening exercises. I am a beginner with little to no core strength so I haven't really got to use this correctly but, I can review the product construction: It is made from solid wood on the exterior, the interior looks to be veneered plywood and pine slats, this is covered with a polyurethane foam 100% then upholstered in a vinyl nylon fabric, to me it feels more like plastic then leather, all the handles are cast aluminum and the strap nylon. It is very solid I weigh 200+ pounds so it creaked when I sat on it. I did a couple exercises and realized I'm not ready for this but can work up to it. as for the questions that follow I don't have any friends or colleagues I'm an injured worker with a work related injury all alone.
