Description

COMFORT AND SUPPORT FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE:

For more comfort and support during your Pilates workout, invest in the AeroPilates Head and Neck Support Pillow. By contouring the natural curve of your neck, the pillow improves postural alignment for reformer exercises that are performed while lying on your back. However, do not use the pillow for Pilates exercises that require you to lift your hips higher than your head for this may result in pain and possibly injury.

With the reformer headrest in the flat position, place the Head and Neck Support Pillow on top of the headrest with the thickest part nearest the carriage so the thick part will be under your neck. Secure the Head and Neck Support Pillow by slipping the elastic band around the headrest. Move the pillow toward you or away from you until it is comfortable.

Very Comfortable Pillow

I purchased this pillow a couple of weeks ago for my AeroPilates Reformer. It is a very comfortable pillow and I'm happy that I added it to my reformer headrest.

This is a must have item if you have already purchased an AeroPilates Reformer. If you're still shopping add this to your cart once you've selected an AeroPilates Reformer. I own the AeroPilates Pro XP557 by Stamina the head rest is okay but add this Support Pillow and everything changes for the better. it fits comfortably in the small curve of the neck and greatly increases head support its so comfortable you could fall asleep after your workout. Yes! I recommend the purchase of this product no I don't have any friends or colleagues.

Pillow is Great!

This pillow helps me keep my neck relaxed. Without it I often caught myself keeping my neck muscles tight. The pillow is well made and the elastic hold it firmly in place. It is much more comfortable than the simple platform that came with the Reformer.

super easy to use accessory

Provides very nice neck support. Makes an immediate difference in comfort level. There is a brief video on Stamina Products website explaining it's uses a bit more clearly that I found helpful.
