Wrong item recieved

I did not receive the correct item. I received an “Otto” squishmallow, not Oogie Boogie. Plus, the shipping took over a month. This is particularly upsetting, because now the Oogie Boogie squishmallow is sold out everywhere else. I could have ordered it from another site and had it weeks ago, but now I can’t find it anywhere. So disappointing! This was going to be a holiday gift for my daughter, but now I have nothing.
