A: Hello, we cannot provide an accurate shelf life for the item once it is frozen since this is not the form in which we package and sell the item. We would need to do extensive testing to be able to properly answer.

A: Our peeled organic garlic is grown either in: Argentina, Spain, Mexico or the US depending on the season. This will ink jetted on the bag.
