[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still can’t believe how easy setup was……dreaded the setup based on previous experience but man have they made this easy. Quality hoop, would definitely recommend.

Assembly was definitely not 90 minutes but family enjoyed putting this together as we all participated in it. Agree with another review that it is heavy once filled up and the fact the instructions pointed that out in the beginning. Would highly advise to have it where it will be used before you fill it up! It is heavy and difficult to move so I wouldn't try by yourself! We added a weather proof bag with another 100 pounds of sand to keep on top and it survived 60mph winds that came through where we live. I will say, I keep it lowered to 8 feet when it was windy and it kept it lower to the ground vs extended to 10 feet. Crank is easy to work and markings on pole are easy to read. Would buy again!

I bought a budget hoop for the kids a couple of years ago and it was fine, but now that they’re older and taking basketball more serious, it was time to upgrade as they recognized how flimsy their old basket was compared to gym quality equipment. After days of research I decided on the Momentous Arena goal and have been very pleased. Not only does it look better than cheaper units but the setup is in fact much much simpler. It took me around an hour by myself, but I was in no hurry. The sound coming off the glass is better and it doesn’t rattle around like our old goal. Another plus is how easy it is to take down, seeing as I have it set up right on the road; no more worrying about delivery trucks snagging the net if it’s going to be unused for a period of time. For a mid-level portable goal I don’t think you can do any better.

Didn't quite take 30 minutes for me but I set it up by myself in around an hour. Much easier than my previous outdoor Lifetime Hoop which was a huge headache. And the base, backboard, and structure is all large and sturdy. As others have noted the clear backboard is a little cloudy/streaky and not quite as clear as the pictures and description implied but still very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased the portable goal as a Christmas gift for our two grandchildren (both boys 5 and 7). They love it and playing every day. Their mom and dad are also playing, so it is good for the whole family. I expect it to create many good memories as well as help develop better coordination as they improve their skill which will give them a head start in school sports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems well made for a movable hoop. Definitely strongest looking one I have seen. Put together by myself, but highly recommend someone be there for the backboard part at least.

The hoop itself is fine, but the instructions to put the unit together were incorrect. We tried to buy replacement parts, but it was basically the cost of buying it new. Customer service at Spalding was nice, but useless. Not worth the time or effort.

Took around 25 minutes to assemble, was by far the easiest set up of a portable basketball system that we’ve ever done. It’s not just easy to assemble but a very solid basketball system. We’ve had many neighbors inquire on where they can get one. My son has been playing on this hoop all summer and he loves it!

This goal is an amazing option as it’s way better than the entry level goals but way less expensive than a full on in ground high end system. The way it comes is genius as the main post fold up/out instead of having to navigate setting a post. The backboard gives the feel like you’re in an indoor gym! We project this goal is durable and will last for a long time. The instructions are printed but they also have a QR code that leads you to a visual demonstration for the main steps. Well done Spalding!

I got my hoop and put it together it was super easy my 2 children helped. Once that was all over we played with it, a week later a storm came through knocking it over and it still came out perfectly fine . Very Durable Basketball Hoop !

I bought mine literally last night. Waited for the rain to pass before I set it up. Backboard cracked as I was putting on the rim. The guy who loaded in my vehicle dropped one end putting it into my truck and the box was pretty ripped, didn't think anything of it. Now I have a cracked up backboard right out of the b ox. Hoop seems amazing, wish we could of used it. Now the waiting game😪

Been in market searching for portable hoops. I finally made a right decision with this hoop. Easy to assemble, looks professional. Enjoy every moment of it. Best hoop on the market.

Perfect 10 foot professional goal ! Assembly in 30 minutes like said if you have tools and two people ! Strong sturdy just make sure you even the backboard out first try cause I was in rush and excited and had to go back steps to put backboard on straight lol love handles dunks very well back board is amazing and net very sturdy I just used water and not sand and holds up

I live on a cul-de-sac and with my neighbors we have three basketball hoops. Once again, I was at work and it was a windy day. Whose fell down and broke? Mine.... Very frustrating after I spent hours putting sand in and making it was stable as possible.

Water all leaked out of base and then wind blew over the hoop and destroyed the rim
