We have received your review and wanted to provide you helpful information below for your AERO The AERO will only activate when product is on the treatment head & touched to skin. IF the product you are applying is heavy on oils, it also will NOT work correctly. It must be a product that is not heavily oil based. IF the device is randomly buzzing when NOT in use – this means it most likely has product still on the treatment head of the device. Be sure to thoroughly remove any excess product with some rubbing alcohol if this happens. :blush: We will attach a video to this email that can show you better. Things to keep in mind: •     Remember that AERO is powered by ionic technology which means a connection is created between the grip of your hand on the metal of the device, and your skin to the metal treatment head - this activates when applied to skincare creams on your skin. •     AERO will not activate with a product that is too high in oil ingredients as it’s too thick and doesn’t allow the ionic-technology connection. •     Use moisturizers – serums – ampoules – even most makeup primers work well with AERO! •     It also surprisingly works amazing on top of sheet masks! How-To Use: Step 1: It’s recommended to always start with a freshly cleansed face prior to doing any skin treatment. Step 2: Make sure when you are holding the AERO in your hand that you are forming a full grip around the handle – this is where the ionic-infusion comes in, which are when negatively charged electrons form a circuit (from your hand to connecting the metal plate to the skin on your face and attracts positively charged skincare ingredients to flow into the Epidermis for increased absorption promoting healthy, hydrated younger looking skin.
