Ordered brand new- came with TONS of scratches and gets scratches super easily! The assembly instructions were confusing as things were not labeled. Cant get past the scratches and dents… pretty disappointed.

Bad quality, damage on some of the parts
We wanted to love this dresser, and we were very careful assembling it. However, when we were almost done building it we noticed that the top board had some serious dents and a crack. Tried to see if the store can give us the top board only for replacement, but the only option was to return the whole thing. We were quite disappointed as it seemed to be more work to disassemble it and then we would have to assemble the new one all over again.

Not bad to assemble
It’s a beautiful dresser, it took my husband and I maybe 2 hours to assemble. The instructions have no words and you kinda have to figure out what piece is what from the pictures but all honesty it wasn’t that bad to follow. Plus, all the screws are in 2 big bags. One for the assembly of the dresser and the other for the drawers. The box and dresser once assembled is super heavy so don’t try and lift it by yourself. In fact, I’m sure your delivery driver would love you if you helped them carry it to your front door. We had a few pieces come in damaged but we contacted the company who sells the dresser from the contact info on the papers that came in the box and they sent us new pieces within a week at no extra charge. I do wish the drawers were a little deeper. All and all it’s a nice dresser and working with customer service was pleasant.

Great dresser!!
We like our new dresser very much!! The assembly was easy and the dresser looks really nice! It's bigger than what I thought, and the space in the drawers is enough! I also thought it was smaller, and I had the nice surprise that it isn't. Besides it has 8 drawers that came very handy!!

Do Not Purchase this item!
I’ve received this dresser twice and both times have they been damaged. The second time I received it looks like it was already damaged and they just painted over it. So very disappointing it is such a hassle to return this as it’s almost 200lbs and they do not offer pickups for this item. I would definitely not recommend to purchase this item at all. For the price you are paying and putting it together yourself and the parts are damaged not with it at all
