These shelving units are nice for the price. Assembly is “easy,” if by easy you mean 15 minutes of sounding exactly like my dad discovering a new swear word every time one side popped off while trying to fit the other. I’m fairly sure I invented a few new expletives during the process. Despite the occasional slapstick comedy moment, they do go together, and I actually like them. Solid, functional, and look good. My only concern is that the wooden shelves might warp over time—otherwise, they’re great.

Songmics 5-tier Storage Shelves

This was the easiest setup of shelving I’ve ever done! I did have to tighten the screw at the back of the shelf but otherwise, the setup literally took seconds! I’m using the shelf in a decent sized closet to maximize organizing my stuff.

Save your money

Poor quality. The stand is very shaky and the cardboard that is placed for the shelves are cheap. While putting together a border of the cardboard was torn and bent.
