I tried to cancel this item half an hour after I purchased. I was trying to chat with an agent because there is no phone number and I wanted to do it quickly before it got shipped. They said it couldn’t be canceled and I have to wait to receive the product and the return it. What a waste of my time. THIS IS THE REASON I BUY ONLINE FROM AMAZON!
