Works well, effective quickly. Would like for it to last a bit longer but i doubt 20 mg melatonin could last more. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Sweet dreams

Is very effective, helps me initially fall asleep, and allows me to go back to sleep easier when I wake up in the middle of the night

Good stuff! Just wish it came in a plastic bottle instead of a glass bottle. Always worry about dropping and breaking it. Arthritic hands.

Sleep Like The Proverbial Log

10 mg 2 hours before bed and the twilight zone is unencumbered. Good dreaming action. With recall. Very peaceful. It works - and so it should at this level of dosage.
