Purchased this air circulator last year, love it. it swings left & right, up and down for 90 degree, very quiet!

unsafe oscillating air circulator fan
The first one didn't work right, so I returned it. The second one had the same problem. I bought two from Sam's Club and they were fine. The ones I got from Amzon didn't regulate temperature. They might be unsafe.
