More of a bathing suit cover

Nicely made and long length (I'm 5'10" and it comes about 3" above my ankles). It's very sheer, so it's best as a bathing suit cover up. I wouldn't wear it as a "dress". The slits on the sides come halfway up to my thighs. I wish it had a more opaque material to wear as a dress.
