Overall "fine"

Shipping took about a week. I was excited to get it and was disappointed that it arrived with a hole in it. So I had to go to the store and return it and order it again. Waited another week for shipping and they sent me sheets instead of a duvet cover. Customer service was great, but again, waited for shipping and it finally arrived. Quality overall is fine. Doesn't feel super cheap but it's also not high quality. It's cotton but not super soft, not rough either. It's on the smaller side. It's about 8" shorter than my comforter so it fits weird inside it. I'm covering a very thin comforter so maybe if I had a fluffier duvet it wouldn't be as noticeable.
