Grainy texture
I'm a big fan of the dark choc truffle but this flavor had a grainy texture and the cookies didn't really have much flavor. Then again, have yet to try an ice cream with gluten free brownies or cookies where they were any good.

Tastes like ice cream
I was pleasantly surprised by this. It's airy and creamy. It seriously is the most convincing non-dairy "ice cream" I've tried. I still would like a dairy free dessert with the original cookies n cream taste, but I think using chocolate was smart as it conceals the cashew flavor. The cookie pieces could be larger but it at least has a good amount of them. Since this uses real sugar I didn't even notice it's gluten free until I looked at the container. This is going to be a staple in my freezer for sure. Just know since it isn't dairy it needs longer to defrost. I put it in my fridge for about an hour and a half and it was perfect

I just tried this ice cream and I’m in love. I thought that would never be able to have ice cream again. Due to being lactose intolerant. This is so delicious the name fits. My husband loves it. He wants me to buy more. Waiting on the next sale.

For being a dairy free ice cream this stuff is pretty delicious it tastes just like regular ice cream to me and I love chocolate so this is actually one of my favorite flavors but they do have some other pretty good flavors as well. I would definitely recommend trying this dairy free ice cream.

The cashew milk cookies and cream is the only flavor I buy and it is hands down the best ice cream available. I love this stuff so much it’s a problem. The only thing that saves me from overindulging is the price tag. But if there’s a sale…. Watch out I am cleaning out the store supply.

Delicious but caffeinated
I have to be dairy-free for a while due to my nursling having a dairy sensitivity, and I was bemoaning the loss of ice cream until I found this amazing product! The flavor is excellent! I did deduct a star because I wish companies had to disclose the amount of caffeine in their products. This one must have more than decaffeinated black tea, as it has disturbed my sleep on more than one occasion.
