Q: hi, i've bought this mouthwash a couple times and both times the clear liquid never comes out when i pour it. i can only get the green liquid to come out when i pour and i have no idea why.

A: The problem is with the seal. When it is removed, it sometimes leaves a clear film in place that blocks the openings. Make sure that the clear film is completely removed from all 4 openings and the bottle will pour properly.

Smartmouth is my favorite
I've used Smartmouth for years. They used to come in separate pump bottles, and I really liked when they combined into one bottle. The leaky/open top was a bit frustrating, but convenient as long as you didn't have to take it anywhere. They've now swapped the open top for two separate snap-cap tops, which is great for spill-protection, but inconvenient for use. Anyway, still a great product. I do wish it wasn't so expensive now, though. Also, I think the original is still the best out of all the new additional formulas they've added to the line.

Love it
I also thought that one side was hardly coming out. I realized after the 3rd bottle that it’s doing this because once you peel off the safety seal you have to make sure both holes do not have an additional thin clear film covering them. The seal doesn’t remove evenly from both sides. But that can be fixed with a tweezer

This is a great product! I’ve been using it now for over a year after seeing it on Tik Tok and I love it. I started using it solely on the purpose that it was alcohol free and it’s supposed to be good for you. It makes my mouth feel so much cleaner. I love it! Poor packaging. Also, washing immediately if the product comes in contact with fabric doesn’t help if the fabric is dark. I have a bleach stain on a brand new, never worn top. Incredibly disappointed.

Good product in bad packaging.
Love the product, lasts all day and tastes good. This packaging is a poor design though. This product comes in different packaging with two separate bottles that is much better. This single bottle often does not distribute the same amount from each side so you end up wasting a bunch.
