For the Small Gravity Cat & Dog Waterer, it’s generally not recommended to just pull the top out to fill instead of using the proper clips/latches—the design is meant to snap open and close where the pieces interlock. Leaking mess
I filled it up. Put it in place. Turned it upside down. Gravity took over and didn't stop. The bowl filled and kept filling and kept filling. The cats looked at me like 'what's this mess?' so I picked it up. Poured what I could into their regular bowl. Spilled a lot all over the floor. Put it in the sink. Disassembled. Will return promptly.

Like others said the water level is too high and it leaks. Unlike other gravity bowls I had, it fills it all the way to the top of the bowl creating spillage. I’ve had it for a week and it suddenly started leaking everywhere. Because of the water flow issue it’s going to be a mess to empty so it doesn’t continue to leak all over the floor.

Night of use it literally leaked from the base. I tried taping it down but it still didn’t work, we have stopped using it now for months because it’s too messy. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Either stick to a regular bowl or buy a higher quality water dispenser. My dog didn’t even like it because the dish is too shallow. half the time the “gravity” dispensing doesn’t work.
