Very dissappointing in documentation
This product was used to replace a competitor's product, and that product was simple and easy to install. First complaint is that the warnings to NEVER USE any chemicals or bleach to clean the seat are only in English; Spanish should also be printed. The second complaint is that the installation instructions do not specify whether to install the mounting bolts before or after the seat is installed, or whether they should be inserted from above or below. Inferior installation video that does not show this aspect.

Great features great price
This is our 2nd bidet. One is elongated and one is round. We loved the first one so much we had to add another. Easy install. The warm water and heated seat features are awesome. These are great quality products and at a great price.How did we ever live without them!

Disappointed
I just bought the HD-7000 to replace a 4 year old bidet seat that started leaking into the bowel when the unit was off. Unfortunately the performance was not as good as my old seat. It didn’t have the volume or pressure of the old one. On further inspection I found they had reduced the interior inside dimension of the supply tubing.I don’t know if this was because of federal regulation or not.

Love My Bidet!
This is a review for the BB-1200L (I forgot to write a review) and the BB-Slim 3 models. I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed with the 1200L, inside of one month, I bought the second one. I no longer feel "clean" when I go to the restroom and have to rely on paper alone. I am so happy with my purchases thus far! I really don't see myself without them. I highly recommend.

My experience with HD 7000
I bought 3 couple days ago, installed it yesterday. I used to use this kind of seats in Korea & Taiwan. I had Good experience with them. But , HD 7000. : The seat is smaller, shorter. I feel not that comfortable. The heat , I turned to High , it’s only mildly warm. The water , mild warm only . I like it comfortably mild hot or warm enough . If continuously 3 times , it getting cold . I tried many times, Wash , Bidet , Turbo , water were came from the same direction . No difference at all. The Nozzle adjust , it seems not really adjusted. Dry , the air not hot , not even that warm . Of course after 2 times of 3 minutes air , the butt is still very wet. The seat was wet after use . It won’t happen when I used other brands in Korea and Taiwan. I bought 3 sets, I had tried 2 of them . Over all , I am totally not satisfied with this products.

First time user
Everything worked as advertised. Assembly and attachment to toilet base was very easy. User instructions are not vey thorough and there is no step by step guidance on how to set up user preferences.

Loved it until I broke it.
I loved this seat until it started to crack and I broke it. I do weigh more than 200 pounds but I am working very hard to get back down to 150 which would put me within the warranty limits of the product. I want to buy another bidet seat but I am looking for one that can handle more than 200 pounds. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Stay away from the Slim Three Bidet Toilet Seat.
I waa disappointed with the slim three bidet toilet seat. I have a BB-1000 that I love, and bought the Slim Three for my camper because it had the same features nut was a better fit. However the water pressure is horrible, and the vortex pressure is almost non-existent.

Fantastic First Time Bidet
I bought this a few weeks ago and have never used a bidet before and after some careful consideration, we decided for the Slim 3. With its heated water, heated seat, and frontal feminine area wash, it was really all we could ask for. It emits a soft blue glow which may be for UV sterilization but really its just helpful as a nightlight. I would recommend this bidet to others.

Turbo Setting is so weak!!
I bought this to replace a biobidet 1000 that died. Very disappointing. The turbo setting is very weak and the normal setting is even weaker than that.

Great bidet
This is the second bidet installed at my home, this slim two is easier to use comparing with first bidet from other vendor, and the function of slim two is exactly what I'm looking for. Temperature low-mid-high setting is pre-set to the right level, I can't be more satisfied with the money I spent on this one. The only suggestion that I can give is that I hope BIOBIDET can ship with one extra rubber gasket for water hose connection. The valve doesn't fit all the scenarios, one extra rubber gasket will do the trick in many cases.

NOT RELIABLE
I have purchase 3 bio-Bidets, Two U770 models. I use it twice daily they seem to break after 3 years. The U770 STOP working on 2 of the 3 modes. It has great features. I'd rather have a bidet that last longer than 3 years.
