The bread is fairly good, (I've definitely had better), but the bag (cellophane wrapping) just rips completely apart when you open it, and you will need to put the loaf in a ziploc bag to keep it fresh. I wouldn't buy it again for this reason.

Not Sourdough
Please stop calling bread with gluten added back in sourdough. It is not anymore. The whole point of sourdough is that the fermentation breaks down the gluten and hard to digest sugars. Adding gluten back in ruins it and why the other junk? Don’t bother to call it sourdough anymore, it is just another junk food bread, which should be labeled sourdough flavored instead.
