Q: How do I increase the time per session?

A: Press the Power/Mode button to switch between the 7 color options. Press the brightness button to adjust the brightness of the color. Double-press the brightness/timer button to select time choice. Default is set to 10 minutes. As you press the button again and click through the options it will rotate through 5, 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes.

Unreliable
Got this for Christmas 2024. Worked fine for almost a year of irregular use (maybe 8 times as I had eye surgery and couldn’t use it for a few months). Started using it regularly mid-Dec 2025 and probably got about 5 uses at 20 min before it completely died. Controller turns on but mask doesn’t light up at all. Thankfully my son had purchased a 2 yr protection plan & when I contacted Allstate they said they were sending a prepaid shipping label for me to send it to them to be repaired (this was the only choice they gave) and then, instead, all they sent was a Target gift card for $8.50 less than the mask had originally cost. What I hadn’t realized when I’d asked for it was that most of the reviews are by people who have yet to even use it. Had I read that the manufacturer asks for a review upon registering the warranty I wouldn’t have bothered.

The goggles are too hard. They hurt my eyes. But it was a good sale. Good to give it a try. I just start using the mask, I can’t tell much yet. But for sure I wish the goggles are soft rubber. After 10 mins, I have a big red trail around eyes! Ouchy!
