Sleep Tight with the Very Hungry Caterpillar - World of Eric Carle by Eric Carle Board Book

Great book my grandson loves it

just picked this up for my nephew and was pleasantly surprised. much bigger than i expected, it's 8.5" square. i was worried when another reviewer said it only had four pages, but it's actually the perfect length to read to a little one in my opinion. the front and back inside covers are also pages so it has five "scenarios" to read through - for each scenario the left page has the words and the right page has the picture & flap. the flap also has words printed on it. the illustrations are glossy and absolutely beautiful, and the book is a very nice quality. it would easily be five stars if this was a regular book, but with the flaps it probably depends on the kiddo you're buying it for. if they are rough with books (or just starting to grab and pull at everything!) then you might want to skip this one as the flaps are paper and i think could be bent/creased/ripped. but if an adult will be reading the book and opening the flaps (like we will be doing since my nephew is still little) or your kiddo is gentle, it's great. i did find the spot to open the flaps hard to find (almost invisible on some) but i think once they are fully opened for the first time this won't be an issue. (obv i didn't want to do this myself as it is a gift.)

Very nice book. My infant enjoys looking at the pages and playing with the flaps, perfect for winding down after play time. I only wish the flaps were a bit more durable. They won’t survive much gumming by a curious baby.

It’s a cute book & I like the colors but it only contains 4 pages..

My son enjoys this book quite a lot. I read it to him every night.
