Weak poles
Bought this trampoline last year and the poles are already broken. Can't find the same poles anywhere unless I buy a new trampoline. Can't find the warranty tag either.

Easy to put together
Grand Daughter loves it. Her daddy put it together and he's new at this and he never once complained so must've been pretty simple. Although he by passed the black foam things. We couldn't see the purpose since everything foam disintegrates first year in full sun, second year in shade if kept outside in weather which I'm sure is the case for most.

Bought it for my granddaughters. They love it. Looks safe. I grew up using one with no safety net or padding. How did I survive. Only issue I had was the I put the side netting on inside/out. Had to dissemble it and reinstall. Probably more my fault than theirs. Instructions not the best

Missing Springs
Box arrived pretty torn up & the little box with springs was tore up as well! So we are in need of 3 replacement springs. What size are they, does anyone happen to know?!

Skywalker 12' Trampoline-Not too hard to put together
This seems to be good quality. I thought my husband and I could put together and I am glad my father came over to assist. I would have been useless. One thing is that we did not receive the spring hook that would have helped us attach the springs. Luckily my dad had the weight behind him and my husband too, to help pull the mat to the bars so they could attached the springs. They used ratchet straps onto the legs to help with pulling the bottom mat to the bars to hook the springs in. Obviously I would have loved to wait to contact the supplier to send me the part that would have helped us but having an 11 year old daughter impatiently wait to have her trampoline put together prevailed. It took about 2 1/2 hours to put together so not too bad. Glad we waited til it cooled down outside to put up. At least me daughter is happy now.

Awesome! Great Quality!
I absolutely love this trampoline! It's super safe and high quality! I can trust that my kids can be on the trampoline unsupervised because this trampoline is really safe! The color on the trampoline doesn't ware away, so ours looks brand new! I love the color! I thought this trampoline was gonna be way to small, but the size actually perfect, and it's pretty big! I highly recommend this trampoline!
