Defective metal poles. The Safety poles snapped right off after a couple months of use. Do not recommend and this product should be recalled.

Would not purchase again. Only lasted 6 months, half of which were extremely cold months that it wasn’t even used. Safety net pole snapped right off.

Never received the item. It’s like a scam

Missing a lot of parts like 4 T sockets and 1 part of the ring of the trampoline!!

The rods do not join line they should. Some ends are equal in size which doesn't allow them to connect. I've contacted manufacturer and am waiting for a response.

Went to put the trampoline together just to find out its missing a bunch of parts. Total disappointment for the kids on Christmas.

I'm not sure if we got a return item or what, but this is how it showed up. The delivery people apologized profusely stating it was handed to them this way. Pieces were actually falling out while on their truck.

The trampoline is very poor quality it weighs about 135 pounds but blew away with wind.

Great trampoline, easy to put together.

My family loves it, we all get it there and play on it, md have so much fun, it was so easy to put together, that my 17 year old sister put it together

Really sad, I ordered this trampoline for my kids Christmas gift and my tracker said it was being delivered then suddenly a refund was approved that I did not request. Apparently it was undeliverable because the package was too big for shipping. Really disappointed!!

It says blue but it’s purple

The trampoline itself had been wonderful however, 3 months in and one of the poles keeping up the net is now bent and broken. Not sure how this happened — kids are too small to be able to bend this. I went online to purchase the broken part and it is “sold out” which means this is a common problem. The company is not responding.

So much wrong here. Purchased on November 17 delivered November 20 set up November 28 when we had time. Now the issue is that while it was folded the Creases begin to rip the holes where ever the crease in the corners were the way it was folded if that makes any sense. The fibers have ripped and made little holes all over where those corners were in the creases. I have been back-and-forth with customer service on skywalkers and to see if they will do right and replace the tarp and I’m also having issues with the netting around the trampoline because it doesn’t seem to fit properly I don’t know what I could have done wrong but it just all seems really tight in the net holes are ripping as you jump it just gets tighter and rips. I’m getting ready to return it. It’s a perfect size for my backyard it’s 12 feet and I only had about 14 feet to put in and I like the size it does seem kind of flimsy but when you put the bolts in it does take a nap but we are on gravel so it is kind of iffy.

Don’t buy any other trampoline. This is the best one!!!!! We bought the extra double basketball hoop Skywalker makes and put that on. Our sons absolutely love this. Best purchase ever. ***Sometimes you may get frustrated the install is tedious and irritating but the outcome is so worth it!***

My husband put together himself. He mentioned directions were a little off. Is only been a few days of having it and so far so good. We bought the tie downs plus the ground stakes for double wind safety. We also bought a ladder. The 12ft seems to be a good size but I know my neice who does flips and is 15 prefers the larger size for doing that. So far so good.

We bought this trampoline for our son's 13th birthday. He and his friends assembled it in about 2 hours without adult help. It is very reasonably priced and sturdy. They are having fun. And so am I!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this trampoline. I wish I never bought it!! The box came very damaged. The parts were all over the box. The bottom if the box was all taped up. It was missing a spring, several of the cheap junky foam pole covers were torn. The pad was torn. The company hassled us when we called for replacement parts. The trampoline is very cheaply made. I give it less than a year before it falls apart.

My grandson is going to have so much FUN!!!!
