Not impressed with the consistency or flavor
Does not get the regular Jell-O type consistency. It stays soft. I didn't care for the flavor either. Maybe another one would be better but this one tasted like medicine.

Delicious!
Sets well if you do NOT put it in the fridge. If you put it in the fridge to set, it gets watery. Works for jello shots. I used 1 cup of boiling water and 3/4 cup of coconut rum. Good overall, very yummy. Couldn't tell any difference from traditional jello, except for being watery after going in the fridge. It says right on the package to not put it in the fridge. Oops.

Good tasting gelatin free dessert
I try to stay away from gelatin products, being where they come from and how they are made. These desserts are natural vegan and delicious fresh tasting products. They will set up without being refrigerated in @40 mins. I usually add some frozen chopped fruit of like flavor to the mix, making it even more delicious, and usually refrigerate for a firmer dessert.
