Dog proof
They had this trashcan at a house we rented on vacation and our trash loving beagle couldn’t get into it. We ordered one right away and it works like a charm. Life changing not having to worry about her eating trash anymore.

Perfect size
I had been looking for a new garbage can for some time. I live in an old (100+) home and do not have cabinet space to store a can so it has to sit out. I have a pretty narrow spot that my previous plastic can fit in, but was looking for an upgrade after a recent cabinet redo. This can looks great and fits into the space so well. It is taller than my previous can, which I love since I am tall! I did not want a foot pedal opening and the lid opening on this can is great. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Quality Bin
I bought the wrong size to fit where I wanted it to go, I had actually meant to order the 30L slim version so this is now our recycling bin. Although a little pricey, you get what you pay for. It’s absolutely well worth the money, it’s a great quality product, not only does it look great, it’s sturdy, stylish, functional and made of top quality materials too. Can definitely tell it will last a lot longer than my previous bins. Really happy with it.

Great bin should of brought it years ago if it was invented. Go out there and buy this bin! Yes it's not cheap but I think it would last for years because it comes with a 10 year warranty you can't get any better than that!

This is a great trash can but…..it took 3 tries to get one that doesn’t rock or is not dented. I noticed that this time it was actually packed a lot better. These are not cheap and I’m glad I finally got a good one. I swore this was our last try!

Love this garbage can bc dislike step and automatic activated ones, Prefer over integrated cabinet trash pull outs, too. Perfect for the end of kitchen island and nice that the top stays open until I want it closed. Even fits a pizza box! Very well designed, thanks Simple Human!

I was very pleased with the ability to choose a slim unit — which fits the space available very well. The wide opening to the bin allows cutting boards to be cleaned without spillage and helps keep the bin clean more generally.I was also very happy that you can get both odorsorb pods and liners to help cut down on smells. This is particularly handy as the large bin size helps reduce the need to empty the bin as frequently as some smaller bins require.Finally, the bin looks good in the kitchen and the hands-free opening is really useful. I like the fact that the lid stays open for as long as I want and the bin doesn’t need batteries (as some of the automated opening/closing bins do).

Great product !!
Love it! Only “complaint” is that I wish the dispenser for the extra trash bags was easier to use. Might be user error but I find it hard to keep the extra liners where I want them to easily pull out for next time. Overall product is amazing though we love it !!!!!!
