Overcame Initial Shipping Mishap
When my goal arrived on the pallet the box was opened and in severely bad state. The delivery driver pointed it out to me and wrote a note and signed the slip that it was damaged and may not contain all the parts. All the parts were there but the 54" glass backboard was completely shattered. Their customer service was really helpful and they created a new order for me right away. I was happy to find I got a 60" replacement which is better than what I had purchased! This time everything was smooth and no damage. I read a lot of bad reviews about the board shaking. We just followed the instructions about how much concrete and how to keep it level during the install and I am not seeing any wobble hardly. Amazing system I've died and gone to heaven after playing on a cheap portable Lifetime goal for many years.

SB54IG is a Great Hoop
This is a fantastic product. I bought one through an employee purchasing program and it looks super sharp, very high-quality materials, and is so much fun to use. I would recommend to anyone!
