cute cup but no customer service

Target sent this thru a 3rd party. I received the straw broken into 3 pieces. It was broken because it was sent with the straw already in the cup and not secured in the box. I contacted Toynk as it is listed as the sold and shipped by company. They would not replace the straw. Though I could return to Target, I ended up buying a new straw thru Amazon since my Mom would love this cup. I will never purchase something from a third party thru Target again.
