Buying a couch sight unseen, and/or not having the ability to sit on it is a risk. I don’t like how Ashley does things. A large majority of their items are online only and you can’t see them in store. You also cannot order online items in store and vice versa. That said, I am not unhappy with my purchase. The couch is a nice size, and the reversible cushions and performance fabric are a huge plus. No idea why it isn’t advertised that these cushion covers are removable. That is a HUGE selling point. The color is very similar to the online color. It is very light, but more grayish in person. The throw pillow covers are removable (as you can see by my changing them out). The pillow cases are kind of rough in texture but if you like them, they are thick material and nothing wrong with them. I had white glove service and the delivery guys were great. My only complaint is that they didn’t wear gloves and left nasty dirt marks on parts of the couch. Thank goodness the fabric is easy to clean or I’d have been having Ashley take it back. It was that bad. But the good news; it really is performance fabric and easy to clean. It is not a soft, cushy couch. It’s on the firm side. But that generally means the cushions will not break down as quickly. But I’d have liked to have a tad more plushness. I am in a tiny 560 sq ft apartment and it fits nicely in my tiny living room. It’s definitely long enough to stretch out on.

Very great ottoman, easy to put together, light. Feels the right size with the couch. Obviously it would be cool if it had storage. But it is pretty enough that I don't mind.
