For individuals over 300 lbs, a wooden box spring is strongly recommended due to its superior durability, stability, and reduced risk of sagging or squeaking compared to metal options. The mattress is also compatible with solid platform bases and adjustable bases. If using a platform bed with slats, be sure the slats are no more than 3–4 inches apart for proper support. Very Happy So Far
We purchased this in a queen size for our guest bedroom during the Labor Day sale. The mattress feels high-quality for the price. The memory foam is dense and firm (which I read holds up better than "softer" memory foam over time), and yet it's very comfortable. This purchase was our first memory foam mattress and our first "mattress in a box," so we don't have anything to compare it to, but so far, so good.

I have had this mattress for over 5 years now and recommend it to everyone! I bought one for my daughter and now my sister is buying one after trying it out for a few nights. I look forward to getting into bed every night and wake up well rested and no back or hip pain like I used to have.

10 inch Chime King Memory foam
I purchased this mattress a few years ago in the Queen size and it was firm, supportive, and comfortable and one of my best purchases. We decided to upgrade to the King and this mattress is not nearly as firm or supportive and my husband has been suffering from back pain since we switched to this mattress. I’m not sure what changed but the quality it not the same as the queen.

Comfy And Thick
Comfy eased my shoulder and neck pain but mattress was too thick for my existing bed frame. Had to use step ladder to get on top of bed and hard to do since old and had knee surgery.

I own two in two sizes!
I’ve had this same mattress in a full size for 4 years now, for our son’s room. He’s 9 now and it’s in perfect condition. We also use his bed for guests when we need more room. I wanted to upgrade our guest room which only fits a twin bed, to this style mattress. So we did not hesitate to go ahead and purchase this mattress in twin size. Only difference is I got the 10 inch foam this time around versus the 12 inch since it’s only a guest room and not much use. Pround owner of two of these style mattresses.

Firm but soft
Had it about a week and it sleeps great! Firm but soft. Helps my hips a lot and doesn’t sink down in the middle like other beds. We will see how well it holds up over time but very good so far.

Major difference in sleeping. And both the dog and cat agree. I let it go the 48 hours and it has made a difference in how I feel in the morning. No more stiff and sore spots.
