Very yummy but……

This is a tasty product. My only negative comment is that it is very oily. I have enjoyed caponata my whole life, both store bought and homemade and by far this is one of the oiliest recipes.

Deliciousness with a great price.

Would have given a 5 star but would have preferred finer chop on the ingredients. We purchased six 9.35 oz jars beautifully packaged, excellent expiration dates & early arrival. We use on white rice, capers, ham cubes, a few raisins, on crackers and on pasta with ricotta and shredded mozzarella... yummy.
