Missing pieces

I can't review the chair yet, but after opening the box, the grab bar and the shower head holder were missing. Trying to find who I should contact about the missing pieces

Don't pick this one.

Put the suction holder on the wall and the other shower holder. They do not stay up. I’m afraid they are going damage the tub when they fall. They have fallen so many times all ready. Very DISSATISFIED with the attachments. Besides it leaves black marks on my surround that I can’t get off! If I had known that I wouldn’t of gotten this one AT ALL!!!!

Shower stool with suction grab bar, etc.

This bath stool is very nice, stable and easy to assemble. The suction grab bar, however, did not work out. It seemed very sturdy when we first adhered it to the shower wall (which is very flat and smooth fiberglass). However, within a couple days we heard a very loud and expected crash and discovered it had fallen off. So, I guess it doesn't stick THAT good. Needless to say, we took it off and put it away.... All the other accessories pieces are very nice.
