Incorrect item pictured

What is pictured here is not what was sent. I wanted a shoe cabinet with open cabinets as pictured, not a shoe cabinet with flip drawers/less flexible space. Update the picture, this heavy package is going to be very inconvenient to return!

Wrong shoe cabinets were sent. I ordered two and both of them were wrong. I was sent one with flip drawers instead of these and customer service did not believe me. I’m extremely disappointed and the ones that were sent the boxes were very heavy so not ideal for returning..

WARNING: Wrong item

Very disappointing. I did not receive the shoe cabinet pictured on the Target website. I received a shoe cabinet with flip drawers (similar to a clothes hamper), not the cabinet with multiple shelves. Was able to get full refund after returning item to store, which was a hassle since the cabinet weighs 100 lbs. Cabinet did appear to be well made and the 50% sale was a fair price. Unfortunately, the cabinet pictured is not available.
