Was really hoping to love this. Sadly it's really only good for kids shoes. Any shoe of an adult needs to be flat. You can leave one of the dividers out to put "boots" in it. Ha! My low top uggs have to be pushed down so the door would close. It took hours to put together- otherwise I would have returned it. I will say it looks nice and is heavy duty.
