kitties really like the flavors. I'm don't like foil covers they are hard to open and requires such force that the juice spills out over everything in range. hands, clothes, counters, floors, etc.

My review is based on the shipping process for Target, not the product itself. My kitten loves this pate from Sheba and I will definitely be buying again. My first order was delivered damaged and unusable, so I contacted Target for assistance with a replacement box. The CSR I spoke with on the phone was helpful and very understanding of the situation. When I asked if the replacement order could be noted to please pack the box better so it is better protected and able to withstand the demands of shipping. She said yes, absolutely, I understand your concerns! The replacement box arrived today, and this box which lacks durability to begin with, was packed in an oversized Target box with nothing at all to provide extra protection (packing paper) during shipment. I have been a loyal Target shopper for longer than I can remember, but these new quality standards for shipping online orders, which are significantly lacking in quality, leaves me very disappointed in Target.

My two kittens are a month apart so in the last few months, they’ve each gone through their own teething phases. Normally they just eat kibble (sometimes with a little Churu on top), and I originally gave them Wholehearted wet food from Petco (the shredded chicken/tuna in a pouch) which they both really liked and honestly seems pretty good quality, though they do get picky about the stringy meat texture when some sets of teeth are coming in. Unfortunately, I realized too late one day that those pouches had gone bad (they smelled off, I made a rookie mistake and moved them near my portable dryer when cleaning and forgot about them). There wasn’t a Petco nearby but there’s a target right next to me, so I got some of this wet food from there. Didn’t need to transition them (tbh they were probably hungry because it’s hard to tell when they’re teething unless I’m watching them eat and notice they’re shaking their heads; leftover food isn’t reliable because my older kitten will vacuum my younger kitten’s leftovers up as soon as she steps away… so it usually takes me about half a day to realize). Anyway, they’re both fans of this one, and while it doesn’t smell as good as the Petco one (which honestly smelled like chicken noodle soup without seasoning + noodles), it still smells palatable from a human perspective. I think that’s worth noting, especially in how open mine are to eating foods without transitioning. I briefly tried to get them to eat Iams kitten kibble because their normal Nulo kibble was delivered late, and that one tbh smelled disgusting. And they refused to eat it, so maybe there’s a correlation there. But they’ll eat this wet food without complaints, even when their teeth are hurting. I just mash and fluff it up a little with the back of a spoon; sometimes if they’re really picky (probably hurting more than usual) I just take a couple minutes to spoon feed them and they’ll eat a little less than one portion in one sitting (they’re like 7 & 8 months old, for reference). Can’t wait for them to get all their adult teeth in, I’m sure they’re feeling the same 😭

Adopted a kitten and tried what they said she was eating at the shelter but she hated it and it smelled so strong so I decided to try Sheba perfect portions and she LOVES it,plus smell isn't too strong. She is doing great on it so I would definitely recommend it

My cat is about 6 months old and this is the only food he will eat! I have tried all the other cat foods and he will not eat them. He only likes Sheba so I gave it 5 stars for my cat Cazu’ lol

MAKES KITTENS SICK!! My kitten nearly died, she was constantly vomiting and having diarrhea, she was lethargic, would not play at all, and would barely eat. After several days of this we finally realized the symptoms worsened after every little bit of Sheba food that she ate. I then did research and found SEVERAL others saying the same thing.

Made my kitten very sick!! We are on day 3 of her vomitting and having diarrhea and we’ve narrowed it down to being this food. So i started doing research and saw others have the same problem.

My kitten loved this. Easy to separate the portions and a fast way to feed him.

We like this product overall. Both of our kittens like to eat this, the product is easy to open, and the small containers are easy to portion for kittens who make eat more frequently.

I was buying these for years until I could find them at my local stores anymore my fur babies loved the different flavors

Our little Lucy loves the chicken pate! It’s moist and so soft for her little teeth and gums to chew. The gravy in the tray is also well consumed. Thank you for helping get our little girl a great start to life!
