We advise you to try to press down on the pump with your palm and turning counterclockwise with the product facing you. The pump should then pop up. Otherwise, we suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area.
