Brush is Too Soft
The mechanism works fine, handle is fine, charger is fine, no problems. But the bristles are too soft for my taste and you cannot order stiffer brushes. The brushes have different colors, but otherwise, they're all the same. Even went to the manufactures web site and they do not offer a stiffer brush. Seems like an easy option to add.

This is the only toothbrush I will buy but the uv sanitizing light doesn't last long as it used to. I bought another one just for the light and it went out in a month and the heads now get stuck. Hopefully the company will improve on this because I don't want to find another brand

Clean and smooth clean
So far pleased with product. It cleans teeth better than it predecessor. My teeth actually feels clean and smooth after brushing.

I ordered this toothbrush to replace an older one that wouldn't charge very well anymore. Toothbrush works well. The UV light tosanitize the brush quit working within 10 days. I don't really want to return the whole unit for that, but will if I have too.

Great oral hygiene for a fraction of the cost.
It's a great brush with good cleaning action and comes with enough heads that will outlast the life of the battery. Better than any OralB for 25% of the price. Use it and you'll save a lot at the dentist.

Fits the description
This arrived on time and was fully functional. It is a replacement for a worn out one. I like the shape of the brush, as it curves around your teeth. I wanted one that disinfects the brush as this one does. It does have a bit of a high pitch whine. Rating so far is Good (had it 2 months). 4 people found this helpful
