I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I pre-ordered a vinyl months ago, and Target shipped it through UPS — but it never arrived. To make things worse, the item is now out of stock, yet Target’s only solution is to issue a return/refund instead of helping me actually receive the product I paid and waited so long for. I’ve been looking forward to this presale for months, and it’s frustrating that a delivery failure leaves me with no vinyl and no real resolution. I expected better support and accountability from Target.
