A: The package said 7oz individually iirc, tbh the magnet is not that strong. You can use both for one item to reinforce it but at that point it aint worth it anymore

Super duper hold
These hooks are the real deal. Super strong to hold a heavy jacket or whatnot. The back has a magnet that I needed to re-glue when it came apart from the hook. If you like to go on cruises, take these for extra hangers in your stateroom.

Damaged my wall
True, the magnets are very strong for their size, but that makes them unmovable. The plastic front part separated from the magnet when I tried to take it off the wall and move it. I had two of these hooks...the second one DID come off the wall but the sticky white coating on the magnet stuck to the paint on my wall and pulled some of it off. This paint coating was applied during the manufacturing process (not by me or some hack job) and is quite durable. No other magnets that I've used have pulled paint off like that.

magnets came right out
Right after opening the package, and putting them on a metal surface, both of the magnets in each hook (which are quite strong) came right out of the back of the hook. You could see a little adhesive that had held them in. My husband used some gorilla tape to tape them in to use them, but they don't look pretty lol.

Fell apart. As another reviewer mention can glue it back but I will not go out out of my way to buy a different product to make it work tallying up both over $10+ No thanks. I will return it next time I am close by. It was almost perfect the one hook that is holding up can only hold my 15' laptop back and its battery. If I added like a Five Star notebook and a pencil case it would start to slide. Really wanted this to work
