Not Great
These chairs are OK. I didn't keep them because the first one was ridiculous to assemble, then was not very comfortable to sit in, so I knew they weren't for me. I also didn't like the reddish cast to the wood, which I though would be more of a walnut brown as in the item description. The walnut color looked more like a cherry wood in my opinion.

Nice to look at....
Once assembled these chairs are very attractive and look much more expensive than they are. I do have a few issues with them though. As others have stated, assembly is tedious because of the way the bolts can only be tightened in small increments. Of the two chairs, i was not able to get one of the not to rock. I had loosened all the bolts and had someone sit on the chair so that all four legs were flat on the floor. I then tightened the bolts and still the chair rocked. I had to add an extra pad under one of the legs. The seat cushions are hard. I have hard wood folding chairs that are more comfortable. The folding chairs have a curved seat whereas these chairs have a thinly padded flat seat which is less comfortable. The arms also seem to be in an awkward position. When sitting in the chair my arms want to be outside the chair arms, or inside the chair arms. I can't find a 'just right' position. I like the chairs overall and for the money they are a good value, but I would look somewhere else if any of their faults are a deal breaker for you.

Terrible assembly but lovely chair
Chairs are comfortable and once they're assembled, they're great. But the tediousness of assembling them cannot be overstated! The tools provided technically do the job, but the front & back cross-pieces under the seat are put together in such a way that you can only turn the wrench like maybe a 1/8 turn per time before having to pull it up and reseat it, which means assembly takes HOURS. I had to set it aside and walk away several times out of frustration. Whoever designed this should be condemned to have to assemble these chairs as a punishment - it's seriously terrible design. However, once you get them together, they're very nice!

Great
Like the rest of the reviews say, these chairs are very awkward to assemble due to the location of the screws. However, the quality of the chairs makes up for it. They are very sturdy and comfortable.

Looks good - Just tought to assemble
These chairs are difficult to assemble... the spacing they give you to screw the pieces together is so small that you have to make 90 degree turns over and over and over again. Once they're together, they look great though and are comfortable to sit in.

Tediously Beautiful!
I absolutely love these chairs! Thay look exactly as pictured and seem very sturdy. I imagine that they will last a long time. The only reason they don't get the full 5 stars is assembly. For such a simple chair this process was exceedingly tedious. Not complex, or even difficult- due to the how the bolts (8 per chair) go in it took about 1.5 - 2 hrs per chair. Even with that I would still buy them again!

Overall very happy
Chairs look amazing and, though you wouldn't guess from the picture, are actually very comfortable to sit in. Colors are true to the picture. Quality seems good. Only complaint is that they are frustrating to put together - not difficult, but tedious.

They were very labor-intensive and awkward to assemble, however, they seem sturdy and are quite comfortable. The wood is slightly lighter than it appears in the pictures. Overall, it was a great value and I am satisfied with my purchase.
