Strap Buckles broke on first carry

These would be very nice comfortable chairs but the buckle that is supposed to hold the carry straps is so thin and cheap the buckle broke the first time we lifted the chair. The picture shows the buckle with the center piece broken out.

Pooly made backpack straps

I liked the chairs overall but 2nd day using them the backpack straps ripped/broke on 2 of the 3 chairs we used. I called Target and their response was bring them to a Target since I didn’t have the boxes they were shipped in any longer. I was very disappointed in the quality of the straps and Targets response to the issue.
