Carolina Living Set of 2 24" Vale Counter Height Barstools

These stools look great. They are a perfect minimalistic style for my white/gray kitchen and the wood is sturdy and beautiful. We have three sets of two and they all have nice natural variation in the wood but no crazy color outliers. I like that the legs come in white in this brand. Very easy to assemble. Only issues are that finding bumpers for this type of base is tricky (they don't come with bumpers) and the metal would definitely scratch floors. After a few fails we found "Lorell wraparound floor savers" on Amazon which did the trick. Other issue is that they aren't comfortable for long-term sitting. Fine for a meal but can't sit and talk for hours here. Overall for the price they are beautiful and functional.

Great stool, kept purchase but disappointed with: variation in wood grain, some have yellow-green striations. No felt or rubber feet to protect your floors. These will mark your floors. I put ~10 mini felt pads on each, hoping that does the trick. But would prefer little rubber bumpers to wrap around the bottom, as seen on other sites with similar stools. Also, 4th stool was wobbly but luckily we only need 3.

Once I put together they were not stable or steady. The wood tops were nice solid wood. It just wasn’t going to work out after I tried to re assemble 10 times each and they still rocked. It was easy assembly though

I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy these were -- the seat is also pretty comfortable and a good size. The wood has a slightly shiny finish but is more natural-looking than the product pictures online. They were perfect for the "modern farmhouse" look I was going for. My only concern is that the legs have no felt padding, so you'll have to add it yourself if you want to avoid them scratching your floors. I have seen these at various other online retailers but I purchased them at Target for easy returns -- if you're lucky, you can score a good discount when they are having a home sale!

Chairs are a great price point . Easy to put together and comfortably stylish !!!!

Love these stools!!! They fit perfectly at our bar. The shipping was fast, they were easy to assemble, and they’re more comfortable than other bar stools I’ve owned. Definitely give these a try!

Had looked for these forever, so I purchased two sets the second I got the in stock alert. Unfortunately, the difference in wood coloring between the two sets was way more than just slightly different. One set was a bright orange color, the other was a beautiful light, cool tone wood. I didn’t even finish opening the package when I looked online to try my luck ordering another set. They were sold out. Luckily, I was able to return, and this same brand makes a similar stool which I found elsewhere and like even more!

I am very pleased with this purchase. These stools are sturdy. The wood seat is solid and beautiful. Assembly was a breeze. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is due to comfort level. I don't think they would be comfortable to sit in for a longer than 30 minutes.

These are super stylist, but also sturdy and well made too. I love the foot bar to rest your feet. Definitely recommend!

Not bad for the price. Some of the screw holes don’t line up perfectly but they still assembled okay.

I saw these counter stools on Restoration Hardware site and they were 3 times as much. The quality is excellent and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.
