Just received product. Haven't used it yet but it has a broken caster wheel. Smashed in shipping. The packaging needs to be improved or leave plastic wheels off and install by owner. Nice looking unit. I will post later after running it.

Bought this unit for my daughters room. It has a tube you connect to the window to vent outside. Also has a remote witch is handy to control one she is sleeping so it doesn't get too cold. Took us maybe 20 minutes to set it up and get it running. The room was cooled within the hour after we started it with the room door closed. it's not bulky like some i've seen.

After thoroughly researching portable AC units to replace my older unit, I chose this particular unit because of it's compact size and features available. To my surprise, it exceeded all of my expectations. The packaging was excellent and installation a breeze. As soon as I set it up, turned it on and the air was so cold I had to turn it off after ten minutes. It's been a week now and it exceeds my expectations every day. It is a quality item with low noise level and very easy to operate. And the price was right!!

This cools my two bedroom apartment by itself. I do leave it on all day because I have a dog at home. Can easily be moved to another room like the bedroom if you want to be extra cool at night. Love the remote so I don't have to get out of bed when I'm freezing! The vent to the window is only a few inches wide so I get more sunlight too. I will be taking my three window units out now that I have this so I can enjoy the windows again!

the value for your money is gray functionality is great. The noise level doesn't bother me shoots very nice cold air. I use it every day. The bill quality is nice. More accessible looks great very portable.

I couldn't wait to give these a try, as I hate window air conditioners that take up the entire window. I can still open the window without having to remove the air conditioner with this unit. It's very quiet keeps our bedroom nice and cool.

I purchased this because my room is situated where the cool air from the downstairs does not reach me. This was very easy to set up and the controls are intuitive. Good product overall.

We got this for our FROG room that doesn't have an AC vent. It cooled the room quickly and quietly. Was fairly simple to set up and control. The remote is nice too because we can control it from across the room.

This unit was a life saver when our air went out at our house. It kept our living room cool and comfortable. Very quiet and easy to use.

Bought this for my little girl's room, just to keep the air and moist regulated. Room stays pretty much cold and without a noise of regular ac. And it was also easy to set up and just put dryer tube or duct in her window Definitely will get another one for the guest room.

Bought this for my room works fine

I had to return my first one because it leaked. It arrived with a destroyed box so I had low expectations but after returning it and getting a new one they work great. They aren't quiet but also not extremely loud. No strange smells or anything from either of them. It blows extremely cold and blows very hard. I am very impressed with it. The only problem is the window attachment doesn't seal the window so I had to use some duct tape but I have no idea how they could improve it and it still fit multiple window sizes. Overall this is a great unit and I'll definitely get another one if I need one. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to return the first one but I had no trouble with customer service and new one arrived just as quickly.

Ordered a few months ago but used for the first time today. I'm in Florida, it was 84° in my upstairs bedroom today when I turned the unit on. I set the temp to 75°. It's been running nonstop for 5hrs now and the room has only been cooled to 78°. I have it set up properly and sealed the window and hoses with tape that is made for that purpose. I have weather stripping in my door frame to create a tight seal so that cool air cannot escape to other rooms, I also closed the vent in the ceiling so the cold air will be contained. I'm glad that it has cooled off at least a few degrees, but with it running non stop and still not reaching the correct temp I'm afraid it will run my electric bill through the roof.

I love the SereneLife a/c units. This is my 2nd unit and the other has already lasted me 6 years. In the Arizona heat, we would not survive without them!
