You're going to be disappointed.
Three items. First is the water pump handle to flush is so difficult to pump I lift the toilet off the floor trying to extract it. Second the pressure release button does not function, causing the third issue splash back when pulling the dump handle. Buy the Thetford for a few bucks more and thank me later.

HORRIBLE customer service = wasted money and unusable horrible product
This company's customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I was honest and let them know that I accidentally dropped the cap that closes off the dumping compartment down a septic tank and needed to purchase a replacement cap. They told me that they can not help me and that their replacement caps are not for sale. If I had been dishonest and told them that the cap was missing when I got the product, they would have sent me a replacement. Now this unit is garbage, and I will need to purchase a whole new unit because transporting this in my car to take it to a dumping station without a cap is not possible. This also took weeks to get this answer.

Not yet 2 yrs of use and leaky!
Good for about 8 months and then it developed a leak. Now, at about 20 months, the commode is pouring water thru the joint and it is not useable. Sure did not last long enough to justify the cost. Looking for a replacement!

Seat and cover are flimsy but the pump and flushing mechanism seem sturdy.
