Squeaky Tbar, otherwise sturdy
Very sturdy. Only downside is the T-bar is very squeaky and noisy even though I'm only holding for stability while bouncing.

Easy Assembly Sturdy Design
Assembly wasn't too bad. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews. I was able to flatten it out myself and had it completed in about 30 minutes. I haven't done a workout yet, but it seems very sturdy!
