Functional and Useless Allstate Protection Plan
The cushions are very firm and the frame has maintained functionality after 1.5 years. The fabric color is very susceptible to becoming dirty and stained from outdoor weather and nearly impossible to clean. The Allstate Protection Plan appears to only cover Mechanical and Electrical which is irrelevant for an outdoor, wood piece of furniture... Zipper tends to get stuck.

Don't bother
Don't bother buying this daybed! It will break down and you'll be stuck with it.

I think I received a returned item. There were dings, scratches, and scuff marks throughout. The base looked as if it were rewrapped.

Minor flaws, but a solid product
VERY easy assembly, and overall a solid product! Was disappointed that the cushion arrived with what appears to be an embedded stain, and part of the real wood had already chipped. The biggest drawback is that the end pieces do not latch when it is in the daybed position, which can lead to the pieces slipping and causing potential injury. We will primarily use this in the couch setup, so it is not a huge issue for us. Overall, would give 3.5 stars if I could!

This is truly a fun piece of furniture and should be a 4,5 or closer to 5 *. The wood stain is between a grey and brown, The fabric is decent. Converting to to a daybed is easy, it, almost to easy as when needing to move it, you press on the arms and they drop flat. After a bit, you learn where to put hanks to keep the arms upright..
