Misleading
Target falsely advertised that my order would be delivered by Christmas Eve. I placed this order specifically because the app and multiple Target representatives repeatedly assured me it would arrive on time. I contacted Target several times to confirm delivery, and every single time I was told the package would be delivered by Christmas Eve. I trusted those assurances. It wasn’t until late on Christmas Eve—around 10:00 PM—that the Target app finally updated to show my item as delayed. By then, it was far too late to make alternate arrangements. Because of this, my son will not have his gift under the tree on Christmas morning. Delays happen. What’s unacceptable is continuing to promise a guaranteed delivery date, providing repeated reassurance, and only updating the status when it’s already too late to fix the situation. That’s not a shipping issue—that’s misleading communication. This experience was disappointing, stressful, and completely avoidable if Target had been honest sooner. I expected better transparency and accountability from a company this size.

Great Children's Chairs
Love these chairs that we purchased for our grandkids and can't wait for them to visit. Will probably need to order a couple more! I searched diligently for bean-bag type chairs and most of the reviews of other chairs on other web sites were not favorable. Then I discovered these sensory friendly chairs which are very high quality and look pretty cute besides. I wish they were big enough for me! Finally, I have to commend Target for their extremely quick shipping. It only took half the predicted time for the chairs to arrive and we couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be on the lookout for other quality items from Pillowfort and great service from Target.
