Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing.Children Under 12 Years of Age

Great tasting, mild mint

Great for cold sensitivity!

Actually helps my sensitive teeth

I used to get that sharp sting with cold drinks or sweet foods, but that’s pretty much gone now. I like this toothpaste

Sensitivity relief

I’ve recently had so much work done catching up on all the prior years of no dentist visits. But my teeth have become so sensitive over the years and it’s been hard trying to manage it. This Sensodyne gum and enamel is behind gentle and gives so much relief to my gums. I used to cringe when the wind would hit my teeth, the sensitivity was unbearable. But with this I notice a huge difference. Absolutely has helped immensely with sensitivity.
